LEGAL
These terms govern your use of House Battlepass (housebattlepass.com, “the service”). By using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
House Battlepass turns household chores into a gamified Battlepass — kids complete quests, earn XP, climb seasonal tiers, and unlock rewards that a parent defines and fulfills. We provide the software that tracks the game. We offer it as-is and may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must be a parent, guardian, or other adult at the age of majority where you live to create an account. One account runs your household. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for the kid profiles you create, including making sure you’re permitted to enter any information about your children. Provide an email you control; you may sign in with Google. Don’t use someone else’s account without permission. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by emailing hello@housebattlepass.com.
XP, levels, tiers, and Battlepass progress are virtual, have no monetary value, and can’t be exchanged for cash. Real-world rewards are defined, promised, and fulfilled by you, the parent — House Battlepass tracks them, but is not a party to, and not responsible for, any reward you agree to give within your family.
Joining the public “Choremongers” league is optional. If you opt in, your household and kids’ display names and weekly scores are shown to other families. Keep display names family-friendly and free of personal information — use nicknames if you prefer. You can return to private at any time. We may remove content or households that are abusive or unsafe.

House Battlepass is currently free to play. If we offer paid plans, the price and terms will be shown before you buy, and payments are handled by our payment processor.
The software, look and feel, and original content of the service are owned by House Battlepass or its licensors. The household, profile, and chore data you enter remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House Battlepass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
